Angela Abena Adjei

Angela Abena Adjei is Of Counsel at Caldwell Greene advising domestic and international clients on corporate, regulatory, and sector-specific matters within Ghana’s maritime, ports, and logistics industries.

 

Her practice encompasses regulatory compliance, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and governance advisory for entities operating across the transportation and trade value chain. She regularly provides strategic counsel on statutory and regulatory frameworks affecting port operations, shipping activities, and supply chain infrastructure in Ghana.

 

With advanced training in Ports and Shipping Administration, Angela brings a technical understanding of maritime systems and regulatory oversight to complex commercial engagements. Her advisory approach is grounded in aligning legal risk management with operational efficiency and long-term investment strategy.

 

Angela is currently based in Canada and is undertaking the Canadian bar licensing process, including credential assessment through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA).

This ongoing qualification further strengthens her cross-border perspective and ability to advise clients operating between West Africa and North America.
