
Angela Opoku-Bonsu
Angela Opoku-Bonsu is a seasoned legal and business professional with expertise in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and strategic business consulting. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate & Commercial Law from the University of Ghana, a Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). She also holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) at the University of North Florida, where she was recognized with both the Coggin Fellowship and the Lowell Salter Graduate Fellowship. She leads the Corporate & Solicitor Practice at Caldwell Greene and also manages the day to day administration of the firm.
Angela began her career in Ghana as an Associate Lawyer, where she advised clients on corporate governance, due diligence, investment law, and contract drafting. Her practice emphasized providing clear, enforceable, and business-savvy legal solutions that supported both local and international clients.
In the United States, Angela serves at the Florida Small Business Development Center (FSBDC), where she conducts market research, financial analysis, and industry studies that help entrepreneurs make informed decisions. This blend of legal training and business expertise uniquely positions her to bridge the gap between compliance, risk management, and enterprise growth.
