Lois-Annie Brown is a lawyer with post-qualification experience in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial practice. Called to the Ghana Bar in 2022, she has built a practice centred on delivering practical, business-aligned legal support to a range of clients across various sectors.
Her work encompasses advising on dispute resolution and commercial transactions, providing company secretarial services, and ensuring compliance with statutory and governance requirements. She also gives effective representation to clients before the courts, bringing the same focus and tenacity to litigation as she does to transactional work.
Ms Brown approaches each matter with a keen understanding of the commercial realities her clients face and is committed to achieving outcomes that are not only legally sound but genuinely useful to the businesses and individuals she serves.
Lois-Annie holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree, LLB, a Qualifying Certificate in Law, QCL, and a Master of Laws Degree, LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law, thus equipping her with both the technical expertise and strategic perspective required for sophisticated legal work. She has a growing interest in Insolvency Law as well as Gender and the Law as part of her evolving practice.
She is a conscientious and results-oriented lawyer who brings resilience, tenacity, and a solutions-oriented mindset to everything she does. She is good at advocacy, written and oral communication skills, making her effective in a boardroom, a negotiation, or before a court.
Outside of legal practice, Lois-Annie serves as a Faculty Intern at Ashesi University, Ghana. When she is not working, she can be found singing or exploring new destinations around the world.
